About the Role :
My client a leading 1st tier automotive componentmanufacturer is on the lookout for a dynamic Buyer. This is a newlycreated position offering you the unique opportunity to mold therole to your strengths and aspirations.
This role is perfect for anindividual contributor who thrives on negotiating and securing topdeals for warehousing raw materials maintenance contracts and more.
Youll be the key player in sourcing new suppliers and ensuring thebest possible deals on goods and services.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Advocate for better deals on warehousing andraw material purchases
- Source and establishrelationships with new suppliers
- Negotiatemaintenance contracts
- Ensure the best deals ongoods and services for the company
- Involvementin various facets of the purchasing function ensuring nopigeonholing
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree
- Experienceas a Buyer in a 1st tier automotive componentsupplier
- Strong negotiation skills and a proventrack record in securing advantageous deals
