ADI Global, which is a branch of the Resideo family that is growing rapidly, is looking to add to our National Sales and support team of professionals to serve as an account manager for some of our largest accounts.
You will be assigned your own book of existing customer accounts and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with ADI.
This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship.
Job Description
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
- Forecast and track key account metrics (., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Collaborate with outside sales team to identify and grow opportunities within accounts
- Drive business growth by closing sales
- Identify possible improvement opportunities
- Understand products, systems, and procedures
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
- Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
- Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Responsible for keeping current customers satisfied and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis
YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma, or equivalent

- Sales experience in the distribution or retail / telecom industries
- Industry knowledge : CCTV, IP, AV technologies, Security, Fire

- Positive can-do attitude
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Bachelor’s Degree
