Job Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in the execution of day-to-day tasks and long-term projects.

The Marketing Assistant will assist in the development, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, management, and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social media).
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyze competitors’ marketing strategies.
• Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or messages.
• Collaborate with designers and other departments to produce promotional content.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update customer databases, mailing lists, and CRM systems.
• Assist with the management of email marketing campaigns, including creating content, segmenting lists, and tracking open rates.
• Support in administrative tasks such as managing marketing calendars, processing invoices, and coordinating meetings.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software such as CRM tools, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and creativity.
