Position : Leadership Development Program - Commercial
Location : Milwaukee, Wisconsin
SCOPE OF ROLE :
The Regal Rex no rd Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) is designed to create future leaders with the necessary commercial competencies and leadership skills to drive business results in a global manufacturing environment.
The program offers a vigorous pathway through rotational assignments across different commercial functions (Customer Care, Commercial Excellence, Sales and Marketing) and will develop a business oriented, cross functional understanding of Regal Rexnord while learning the fundamentals within Commercial.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Complete four, six month rotations in areas such as Customer Care, Commercial Excellence, Sales and Marketing
Cross-functional / cross-departmental outlook and managing the various direct and indirect relationships
Develop a broad-based understanding of all areas of our business while acquiring unique leadership skills and capabilities for Regal Rexnord
Learn about a culture of continuous improvement through the Regal Rexnord Business System and how that drives superior shareholder and customer value
Proactively develop and maintain broad knowledge of the technical disciplines in the respective functional area(s) and apply that broad knowledge of trends to various areas of the business
Work within a strong mentorship relationship; willing to solicit feedback and take direction
Getting involved in business projects and initiatives throughout the program
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Students in Junior / Senior year graduating with a degree in Business Administration or similar
GPA of 3.2 or higher
Relevant internship experience
Travel up to 15%
Mobility for rotations (if necessary)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a marketable manner
Agile thinker with the ability to adapt leadership styles to lead change
