We’re looking for a Supply Chain Specialist who can ensure that the right parts arrive at the right warehouse, at the right time , to meet our high standards for on-time, accurate order fulfillment .

In this critical role, you’ll also leverage your advanced Excel skills to analyze bids from multiple vendors ensuring that we source the best parts at the right price from quality suppliers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure Timely and Accurate Deliveries : Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to make sure inventory shows up at the right warehouse in time to fulfill outbound orders.
  • Excel-Driven Bid Analysis : Use advanced Excel to analyze bids from multiple vendors, compare pricing, quality, and delivery capabilities, and select the best supplier for specific parts.
  • Optimize the Inventory Pipeline : Monitor and manage inventory levels by reviewing reports, tracking inbound containers, and planning transfers to meet shipment schedules.
  • Vendor and Internal Coordination : Collaborate with the Operations team, Customer Service, and Management to ensure alignment across the supply chain.
  • Rush Order Fulfillment : Quickly adapt to rush orders, adjusting priorities to ensure urgent deliveries are made without delays.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of supply chain experience you know how to balance tight deadlines and multiple responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel you can confidently handle complex data analysis, including comparing vendor bids to secure the best deals.
  • Strong data analytics skills to drive decisions and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills for working cross-functionally and with external suppliers.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite .
