Job Title : RPA Developer (US Citizen Only)
Location : Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Create detailed process documentation, including process maps, technical specifications, and deployment plans.
- Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
- Monitor and maintain deployed RPA solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
- Perform ongoing evaluation of automation solutions to ensure they continue to meet business needs and adapt to changes.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on RPA tools and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology to continuously improve and innovate.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in RPA development, including hands-on experience with tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with integrating RPA solutions with other systems and applications, including APIs and databases.
- Understanding of business process modeling and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
