As a Sr Project Manager, you will :

As a Senior Project Manager, resource will work on strategic projects which generally involves multiple business units or the entire enterprise, with moderate to high risk and complexity.

The Senior Project Manager acts as a single point of accountability to plan, direct, and coordinate large-scale projects and programs to ensure goals and objectives are achieved with high quality and delivering on expected business Value.

Act as the single point of accountability to plan, direct, and coordinate large-scale, enterprise-wide projects enduring goals and objectives are accomplished successfully meeting customer / business needs.

As a part of this global team, the Senior Project Manager manages multiple projects / programs of various size and scope, working with stakeholders from technology and various lines of businesses to achieve quality results.

• Project Planning, Estimation, Requirement Analysis.
• Investment Management, Regulatory Requirements experience is must
• Stakeholder Management and Relationship Building.
• Should be able to manage multiple workstreams
• Extensive experience with Issue and Risk Management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent People Management Skills.
• Should be able to navigate and co-ordinate with multiple groups in our organization
• Should be able to build partnership with Technology and Business partners and should be able to influence decision making
• Good Agile Management Skills. Hands-on skills needed. Should be able to lead scrums and conduct agile ceremonies.
• Hands on in JIRA and Scrum Leading
• Should be able to work closely with the business team in defining requirements / user stories.
• Experience in Financial Services Domain (nice to have).
• Release Management
• Product Management Experience (nice to have).

The ideal candidate will have :

Exhibit FTT’s Regulatory Output, Outcome Oriented, Accountable, Empowered, Growth Minded, and Strategic,

Agile certification Certified Disciplined Agilist or Practitioner or Scrum certifications.

Practical Agile delivery experience.

Investment Management / Regulatory Experience.

Good to have skills :

Good communication skills.

Investment Management

Program Managements.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Min 8-12 years related experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range* : $ 115,500 135,500 Per Year

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
