Primary Responsibilities :

• Analyze skills and experiences to create employment opportunities.
• Network at community events and business meetings to foster relationships with employers.
• Support job seekers with workshops, job fairs, resume building, and interview preparation.
• Travel to Park Street Madison, WI office once a week.

Requirements :

• Associates degree and two-plus years of job development / placement experience, or equivalent.
• Passion for community service and helping others achieve their career goals.

Compensation and Benefits :

• Competitive starting wage of $22.19 / hour , with potential increases based on experience.
• Comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life insurance, and 401(k) with match.
• Rapid PTO accrual, reaching 4 weeks in your first year, plus 12 paid holidays annually.
