As a Business Manager, Technology Operations Item Page & Content, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of the Item Experience.
A Staff (Sr. Business) Manager on the Item Experience team will be responsible for merchandise presentation online. This position will be focused on the overall customer experience and productivity of the product detail page.
This role will work with many internal partners like merchant, product, engineering, and UX design to build engaging shopping experience on our item page.
This role will study performance analytics, market trends, competitor experiences, and customer insights to explore ways we can improve or add to our item page (product details page) experience.

What you’ll do :
by identifying customer and operational needs and developing and communicating plans and priorities. Delivering key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization.
Collaborating daily with cross-functional team members including Catalog, Marketing, SEO, Design, Product, and more.
- through analysis of key metrics. Monitor operational performance metrics and web analytics to analyze and report out on item page content quality, insights, and opportunities - weekly, monthly and quarterly.
- by evaluating ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with 4iTB (four in the box) partners, or other key stakeholders;
soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving overall item page and content experience.
- by way of training and providing direction to others in their use and application and ensuring compliance and utilizing and supporting the Open-Door Policy
- You’ll lead key operational processes on the team from weekly and monthly business reviews to management of the issues and ideas intake process.
You’ll land the fundamentals and create and help scale best-in-class efficient workflows and processes.
Approximately 0-15% opportunity to travel per month
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2 years related experience OR 6+ years’ experience in site merchandising, content, eCommerce experience, tech operations, project management, or related area
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Strategy, marketing, consulting, or account management experience a plus
- Prior eCommerce or retail experience a plus
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Prior research and project management experience a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business,information systems, project / program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience inproject management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Option 2 : 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.2 years’ supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications...
Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project / program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
