We are currently hiring for Forklift Operators and Skilled Construction Laborers for ongoing and upcoming commercial construction projects in the Richmond / Henrico area.
Pay is $17 - $20 per hour based on experience and skillset.
Construction Laborer Responsibilities :
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and digging as required.
- Assist in various construction tasks, including framing, roofing, drywall installation, and demolition.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of work areas and equipment.
Forklift Operator Responsibilities :
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products within the construction site.
- Perform daily inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely supply of materials to various areas of the site.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining storage areas on the job site.
Forklift Operators and Skilled Construction Laborers Qualifications :
- Authorized to work in the US
- Valid Driver's License card and your own transportation
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- OSHA10 / forklift certification a plus
Sites may require the following shifts :
- Day Shift
- 8 hour shift
- 10 hour shift
Pay :
- $17 - $20 per hour based on skill set and experience Benefits :
