As an Account Manager at iPromo, you will : Develop strong client relationships : Build trust and exceed expectations by providing exceptional service and tailored solutions.
Drive sales growth : Identify new opportunities, create strategic proposals, and close deals to expand our client base. Become a promotional product expert : Stay up-to-date on industry trends and offer expert guidance to clients.
Streamline processes : Utilize our Commonsku platform to manage quotes, orders, and client information efficiently. Collaborate effectively : Work closely with our internal team to ensure a seamless client experience.
We're looking for a candidate who : Has 5+ years of successful experience in promotional product sales. Is a skilled prospector and relationship-builder.
Thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM / ERP systems.
