- Rate : $30-33 / hr, depending on experience

Candidate profile and qualifications
- Experience in 3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience mixed with 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS (Paycom, UltiPro or Paychex)
- Soft Skills : strong communication skills, proactive
- Education : BA / BS required
- Proof of vaccination against Covid-19 : Required
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure all practices are in line with current labor laws and best practices.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
