Who You Are
Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Administrator
What You Will Be Doing
Collaborating on development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms & conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types.
Preparing bid packages, conducting bidders' conferences, developing evaluation criteria, analyzing and evaluating proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions, selecting or recommending subcontractors, writing subcontract packages for review, preparing supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.

This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Occasional travel could be required.

Desired skills
Experience with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities
Experience with analyzing problems and recommending solutions
Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)
Familiar with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) or equivalent purchasing / ERP system, such as Procure to Pay
Developing Project / Program Management skills
Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or a similar industry
Demonstrated sense of urgency, self-motivated
Learning subcontract management skills / practices
Experience with negotiations
Ability to make business-based decisions
Works independently and in a collaborative and team-based environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
