Schedule : Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Salary : $85,800 / year
Sign on Bonus : $4000; $1333 upon completion of 30 days, $1333 upon completion of 6 months, $1334 upon completion of 12 months
The Team Leader for Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) will be responsible for providing overall administrative leadership and direction to ACCS team staff including Group Living Environments (GLE) and Supported Independent Environments (SIE) Program Directors and staff.
The Team Leader oversees service delivery including intake, assessment, clinical treatment planning, and delivery, as well as peer and family support.
Additionally, the Team Leader ensures seamless, high-quality team services to Persons Served living in both GLE and SIE settings while also promoting and managing successful transitions of Persons Served to other DMH services or other community programs.
The Team Leader also functions as the primary liaison to the MA Department of Mental Health (DMH), Care Coordination entities and other external parties.

Requirements
- Master's Degree , PhD or Psy D required along with licensure (LCSW, LICSW, LRC, LADC 1, OTR or RN) in Massachusetts required
- Three years clinical experience in progressively responsible positions working with people with psychiatric disabilities and / or co-occurring disabilities required
- Organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to provide leadership to staff
- Ability to work in a professional and confidential capacity
- Knowledge of personal computer applications and equipment

- Strong commitment to the right and ability of people served by ACCS to live, work, have meaningful relationships and receive the clinical treatment, resources and supports needed to thrive in their community of choice
- Extensive knowledge of clinical treatment principles and modalities, best practices and evidence-based practices, including Motivational Interviewing;
- Harm Reduction and Addiction Treatment; Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral and Treatment (SBIRT); Housing First; Stages of Change;
Seeking Safety, Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) and Cognitive Behavioral interventions
- Extensive knowledge of recovery-oriented, person-centered and strengths-based values and principles and modalities, and knowledge of Peer Support principles and evidence-based practices, including the ethical standards of Certified Peer Specialists and Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP), empowerment and self-advocacy techniques
- Knowledge of the effects of prejudice including internalized negative attitudes about oneself, discrimination, and oppression of people with psychiatric disorders, and the effects of poverty
- Extensive knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally competent services
- Knowledge of community based education and employment services
