With the addition of our creative studio and event space, MG Studio, we are quickly becoming a full-service automotive partner to our clients offering them a flexible space to host events such as press launches, media campaign photoshoots, vehicle debuts and private parties.

Because of our continued expansion and success, we are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Account Manager that expresses an energetic personality to mirror our exotic, luxury and standard vehicle fleet.

Essential job duties :

• Maintain current vehicle fleet with the utmost of care ensuring vehicles are cleaned and detailed at all times including keeping cars charged / fueled and ensuring software updates and service appointments are conducted in a timely manner
• Track vehicle inventory, mileage, and condition / damage along with maintaining an up-to-date record of all requests and current programs
• Complete thorough check in / outs of fleet while keeping a detailed record of vehicle condition
• Conduct vehicle deliveries to and from local clients, body shops and dealerships
• Responsible for cleanliness of car tech workstations and maintaining an adequate supply of car wash and detail materials and products
• Assist in seeking out new business opportunities to sell Midway Group’s additional automotive services (on-site car prep, de-badging, detailing, transporting, etc.)
• Provide the Account Management Team with on-site support, including client interactions and knowledge sharing of potential business opportunities
• Assist in the general maintenance, upkeep and cleanliness of our event space, MG Studio, including outside storage / trailers, parking lot and surrounding areas
• Provide general assistance in the setup or tear down of events at MG Studio
• Assist other managers with various assignments and projects as needed

Requirements :

• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• High-energy, enthusiastic and ability to be a self-starter and team player
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
• Able to travel for 3 to 4 days when needed
• Passion for the automotive industry is a plus
• Great at multitasking with extreme attention to detail and well-organized
• Pass background check, inclusive of pre-employment drug test
• Clean driving record with no drug or alcohol related driving incidents in the last 3 years; No more than 1 serious moving violation in the last 3 years;

No driving related suspensions or revocation of Driver License within a 3-5 year period. Will be subject to continuous Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) monitoring

• Minimum 3 years of licensed driving history
• COVID vaccination is highly preferred
Compensation :
• $20-$22
• $20-$22
