Qualifications
- 2+ years providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
- 2+ years of experience with calendar management, and meeting and event planning
- Highly professional, organized, detail oriented, and adaptable
- Approachable and polite with a can do attitude towards work and requests
- Self starter who operates independently and anticipates needs
- Builds and maintains strong relationships and influences others to take action
- Excellent verbal and written communication, tech savvy with experience using a variety of collaboration and productivity tools
Responsibilities
- Plan and support large events and meetings on-site, off-site, and virtual
- Manage a busy calendar and complex scheduling in partnership with peers
- Coordinate purchasing, travel and expenses in adherence with company guidelines
- Maintain email distribution lists and assist with drafting communications
- Assist in data gathering and lightweight analysis for business deliverables
- Build culture and engagement across the team and site
- Arrange logistics for key visitors to the NYC site
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $39.
50 - $53.50. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs .
