This role is crucial in supporting our events team through effective management of tools and systems necessary for the flawless execution of events.
Key Responsibilities :
- System Management : Oversee and optimize event registration systems to ensure a smooth attendee experience.
- Tool Support : Provide support for event management tools, including troubleshooting and user training.
- Event Build-Out : Collaborate with the team to design and implement event layouts and experiences.
- Executive Scheduling : Manage tools for scheduling executive meetings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Template Design : Develop and maintain a suite of event templates to streamline planning and execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align event objectives and deliverables.
- Vendor Coordination : Liaise with vendors to secure the necessary tools and systems for events.
- Reporting : Generate reports on event metrics and tool usage to inform future event strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in event coordination, preferably within a fast-paced agency environment.
- High proficiency in using event registration software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a strong eye to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong capability to work collaboratively.
