Job Responsibilities :
- Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
- Teach / tutor in-center, online, and / or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
- Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications
- Strong math proficiency through ALL high school levels is REQUIRED for this position.
- High motivation, commitment, and enthusiasm.
- Classroom and / or one-on-one mathematics teaching experience a strong plus.
- Desire to work through the school year a plus.
