Seeking an Energy Consultant in Sherwood , perfect for those driven by financial rewards.

Permanent hire potential post-contract.
Responsibilities :
- Educate consumers on solar energy benefits : cost savings, clean energy, environmental impact.
- Use strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills for sales.
- Communicate effectively with customers during sales and installation.
- Maintain high customer service standards.
- Manage and nurture client accounts for long-term relationships and sales growth.
- Collaborate internally for smooth sales and installation processes.
- Stay informed about solar industry trends and technological advancements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements :
- Desired : Previous experience in a sales environment (Car sales preferred!)
- Maintain high energy levels throughout the workday.
- Demonstrate motivation and drive for success.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Possess effective communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be coachable and eager to learn daily.
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
Pay : $55K (base maximum, includes benefits, 401, etc.)
Commission rate is 2 - 2.5% maximum
