Job Description
The Construction Superintendent is responsible for :
- On site daily - Hartford County
- Willing to roll up their sleeves / be on their feet
- Overseeing ground-up construction projects
- Leading subs
- Managing people
NOT responsible for :
- Buying out jobs
- Hiring subs
- Scheduling

The Successful Applicant
The right Construction Superintendent will have :
- 3+ years of experience working on ground up construction projects
- Local to the Hartford, CT area
- Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of building construction means and methods, scheduling and cost-control procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
