Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Coordinator position include :
- Architecture graduate from an accredited school (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial and retail architectural design experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering skills
- Ability to manage multiple project assignments and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications
- Prepare and review architectural construction documents
- Lead project meetings and effectively communicate project status updates
- Flexible schedule : Mon Thu 9 hours & Fri 4 hours
- Salary : $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits : This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 90% company-paid medical insurance, dental, and vision;
