We’re looking to hire a Technical Recruiter for a growing tech firm . Join us in fostering innovation and connecting talent with opportunity.
You’ll join the Talent Acquisition team to identify and engage top technical talent for our open positions. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.
The role is located in based out of California, but is fully-remote .
Technical Recruiter Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Utilize sourcing techniques across platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and organizational fit.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural alignment.
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize strategies and improve efficiency.
- Build relationships within the tech community, including industry groups and universities.
Technical Recruiter Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of technical sourcing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the tech industry and current market trends.
- Expertise in sourcing tools, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and connect with candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple searches.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
