Our state of the art production facility is hiring Team Members for our Production Team to produce quality parts for the Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, Marine, and Motorsports industries.
1-2+ years of automotive or manufacturing experience preferred. Composite materials and manufacturing experience highly desired.

Responsibilities :
- Ability to follow process documents to ensure quality parts are made
- Ability to build automotive parts from a materials kit following work instructions
- Ability to ensure that all key characteristics for form, fit and function are met
- Communicate non-conformances with Lead or Supervisor
- Complete work orders and requests in a timely manner
- Perform all work as required by daily schedule
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures·
Qualifications :
- 2+ years experience working with carbon fiber or other composites preferred
- High school or equivalent education
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields
- Familiarity with manufacturing tools, equipment and processes
- Experience in auto-body, polishing, buffing and sanding a plus
- Ability to work with speed and efficiency with a high regard to detail and quality
- Previous experience in upholstery and / or composite material layup
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Possess a strong work ethic and be customer driven
