PURPOSE : The Compliance Auditor is an experienced nurse to oversee the primary responsibility of auditing patient clinical records to ensure state and federal compliance.
Also provides education to our staff on audit results to improve outcomes for our patients. This position supports quality and safety initiatives and improvement measures.
Participates with and assist the organization towards achieving and maintaining compliance through other clinical quality improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS : NJ Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse required, Bachelors Degree preferred.
