Your new role
As the General Manager, you will oversee the overall operations of a 250+ unit ultra-luxury rental / condo building in the heart of the South End area of Boston.
The General Manager will be supported by a staff of 18 including an AGM, Leasing Agent, and a full maintenance team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the General Manager position in Boston, candidates will possess the following :
- Strong background in residential property management (5+ years)
- Luxury rental experience preferred, condo experience a plus
- Well-versed in creating and analyzing budgets
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
What you'll get in return
In addition to working with a renowned residential developer, owner / operator, the General Manager will be offered a salary of $140-147K, 20% bonus, 401K with a 50% match on up to 4%, tuition reimbursements, generous PTO plan, and a comprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, vision, etc.
