We are seeking a Document Control / Admin (CM Project Administrator) to join our Southern, CA team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Maintain calendars
  • Set up meetings and take meeting notes
  • Handles phone calls
  • Copy, scan, and track documents
  • Log Information
  • Greets and assists visitors
  • Project support by document / project control and financial processing
  • Creates reports and PowerPoint presentations

Requirements

Minimum Requirements :

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required
  • Post secondary education preferred
  • Ten years or more experience as an administrative assistant

Compensation : $20-$38 Hourly

$20-$38 Hourly

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
