- Transform Infrastructure : Design and replace an aging sewer system with a new 30 pipe to support a growing city.
- Build for the Future : Manage utilities, drainage, and site layout for a new 23-story hotel.
- Nature Meets Luxury : Develop a scenic wooded lot into a high-end campground.
- Innovate in Challenging Conditions : Protect an electrical substation in a floodplain from potential flooding.
- From Vision to Reality : Guide the development of a large apartment complex, from concept to open house.

Key Responsibilities
- Design & Plan Production : Provide comprehensive civil design services, including site layouts, grading and drainage, paving, and utilities.
- Project Management : Handle client communications, gather public input, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Technical Expertise : Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and drafting, conduct engineering calculations, and prepare detailed plans.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure projects are executed as designed, recommend modifications, and provide guidance and training.
- Proposal Development : Identify client needs, draft proposals, and estimate project costs.
- Coordination : Work with government agencies, client staff, and other professionals to obtain necessary approvals and information.
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Licensure : Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years managing site development and land transformation projects, and 5 years in the A / E / C industry.
- Travel : Local travel as required.
