Our client, a manufacturing and distribution company, is looking to add an Order Intake Specialist to the team! This position plays a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth sales processes.

The qualified candidate will have 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and / or experience.

Position Detail :

• Location : Portland, ME
• Work Model : In office
• Degree : Not required
• Responsibilities include working directly with external customers by receiving calls, generating quotes, processing requests, answering product questions, and addressing warranty issues, and additional projects as assigned.
• The ideal candidate has experience in the order entry process, exceptional organizational and time management skills, and a positive, friendly, and approachable personality.
