Rimports is currently seeking an individual for the role of Night Shift Production Worker at our Provo, Utah location. This is a 10-hr shift 4 days a week.
Shift runs 8pm-6 : 30am Monday-Thursday.
The Production Worker performs all tasks involved in the production of the company's products. These processes include creating and packaging waxes and other products.
The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
This role will report to the Production Manager.
- Report any color variations, product separation, fill levels, or label issues to Supervisor immediately; Assists with quality control on product
- Move product to specified locations within the warehouse as needed
- Must become competent in covering both production, quality & labeling positions for breaks & other times as needed
- Learn & be aware of proper clean up procedures for spills
- Learn & be aware of precautions needed when dealing with chemicals used in the production process
- Lift up to 50 pounds, lifting 30 pounds regularly
- Standing, bending, twisting, pushing & pulling repeatedly throughout a work shift
- Physically able to actively participate in a fast-paced production environment daily
- Keep work areas clean & uncluttered
- Report all safety concerns to Supervisor immediately
- Shift work is required; ability to rotate shifts as needed
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor
Must be able to pass post-offer background check and drug test. Hiring status will be based on the results of background and drug testing.
