Description : The Infant teacher at Blooming Buds Learning Center is responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants.
The teacher will create a warm and caring atmosphere, ensuring the safety and well-being of each child. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine love for working with infants.
Responsibilities :
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the development of infants Establish and maintain a daily schedule to ensure consistency for the infants Provide individualized care and attention to each child's needs Monitor and document children's progress and behavior Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities and development Maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements :
Minimum of 1 year experience working with infants Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure Certification in CPR and first aid Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
