Job Description

$16.25 / hour

Kids Club Team Members are responsible for supervising and engaging with our little Chuzers. They are patient, caring, a fantastic team player, and someone that everyone can trust.

Your shift will consist of constant interactions with parents and kids (ages 6mo-12yrs), cleaning, planning activities and games, and winning a dance-off or two.

Team Members have constant communication with the Kids Club Supervisor and openly share ideas, ask / give feedback, and set clear goals to support their growth and development.

Qualifications

Required

• 18+ years of age
• Minimum 1 year Childcare experience
• Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
• Attention to detail
• Multitasking skills
• Teamwork-based mindset
• Physical requirements :
• Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
• Touring the club : walking and climbing stairs
• Bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement
• Standing for long periods
• Repetitive phone work
• Typing and computer operations
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs

Preferred

• High school graduate or GED
• Prior customer service experience
• Sports or fitness background
