Job Description :
Failure Analysis Engineer Global Operations Quality Assurance
Highly motivated, engineer capable of independent and team assignments in support of semiconductor
failure analysis on cutting edge technologies including network solutions for AI infrastructure. Self-
driven with a tenacious desire to solve complex problems. Clear communication both written and
verbal is a must. Preforming hands on root cause failure analysis through the entire process from fault
localization using a variety of leading edge techniques, to electrical and physical identification and
characterization. This role has the potential for tremendous amount of growth and development as the
position will be supporting ever evolving leading edge technologies.
Prerequisite
o Min Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
o Team oriented.
o Clear communication is a must.
o Able to handle multiple projects concurrently
Advantageous but not essential.
o Semiconductor Processing / Fabrication / Assembly
o Programming Experience : C++, Python, UNIX
o Hands on lab experience.
o Hands on electrical failure analysis experience (Fault Isolation, Electrical
characterization, physical analysis).
o Key Techniques, Photon Emission Microscopy, LSM based localization, Thermal
characterization, Electrical parametric / fault analysis. Physical semiconductor
deprocessing, SEM, FIB.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $59,000 - $72,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
