Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Coordinator for a temporary assignment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our payroll process, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our employees with payroll inquiries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with the weekly payroll input managed by central payroll.
  • Maintain and collect timekeeping records.
  • Prepare and process garnishments.
  • Provide support to employees regarding any payroll inquiries.
  • Prepare overtime reports and monthly payroll reports.
  • Support external and internal audits.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed.

Qualifications :

Skills and Abilities :

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including :
  • Simple formula usage (e.g., SUM, AVERAGE).
  • Advanced formula usage (e.g., VLOOKUP).
  • Pivot table creation and manipulation.
  • Data sorting and filtering.
  • Cell formatting and basic functions.
  • Basic proficiency in other MS products, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

Education And Experience :

  • Preferred : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Field of Study / Area of Experience :
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
