Responsibilities

This position performs duties as assigned, and with minimum supervision of the Maintenance Manager / Supervisor, in the areas of equipment and system maintenance, general maintenance and grounds.

Employee is expected to coordinate with supervisor to complete yearly department specific checklist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Associates Degree in industrial technology related fields (preferred) or equivalent work experience required.
• Driver's license
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings.
• Safe power hand tool operation knowledge

Facilities maintenance experience, healthcare facility preferred. Valid Wisconsin driver's license.

Compensation Detail

Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.; $23.48 - $34.10 / hour
