We need an organized, task-driven individual with a keen eye for detail to guide our new clients through the onboarding process.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, positive, and possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills. They should excel at quick problem-solving and be solution-oriented.

Position ResponsibilitiesSupporting strong relationships with business owners from kick-off meetings to post launch.Understanding a client’s business, goals and challenges, as if they were your ownCoordinating client-facing meetings and internal team meetingsBridging the gap between client communication and the internal teams’ objectivesCreating and overseeing the execution of website project timelinesCoordinating the sharing of resources and client information between design, development and internal marketing departmentsDocument updates frequently in CRM and Project Management softwareProviding feedback or revisions to both designers and developers at various stages in the processAssisting with user and internal cross-browser testing to ensure the final website product meets the original scopeProviding coordination and support to the development team during the website launch preparationOther duties as assigned by managementRequirements3+ years of customer service / client-facing (in-person or virtual experience)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in phone and email communicationBasic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, GMB, GTM, and SEMPrevious project management experienceSales experience or understanding of B2B / B2C marketing sales (preferred)Understanding of DNS and hosting (preferred)Experience with Salesforce or other comparable CRMs (preferred)Familiarity with WordPress (preferred)Exceptional attention to detailCoachable natureAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionThrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesStrong organizational skillsAdaptability and quick grasp of new conceptsEffective multitasking and priority management skillsWe value teamwork, integrity, and a positive attitude.

This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location.

As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.
