We are seeking a Knowledge Management Lead who will ensure that valuable knowledge and expertise are captured, preserved, and shared effectively within the organization.
This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the technical knowledge base, prioritizing, and publishing key content, collaborating on learning initiatives, developing strategies for knowledge management, designing systems for global access, standardizing technical processes, identifying knowledge gaps, promoting knowledge-sharing tools, and advocating for a knowledge-driven culture across the organization.
This role aims to enhance operational efficiency, reduce the risk of knowledge loss, promote innovation, and support the continuous improvement of global engineering and manufacturing processes.
As a Knowledge Management Lead, your responsibilities will include :
Develop a robust roadmap strategy for implementing knowledge management that builds upon industry best practices and leverages tools and process advancements.
Design and maintain a knowledge management system and ensure libraries are accessible to Ingredion for technical capabilities.
Oversee and maintain the company’s technical knowledge base.
Work with experts and content owners to define priorities, create and publish content.
Create, capture, organize, and assess knowledge assets for enterprise use.
Collaborate with global training team members on learning projects.
Distribute and standardize engineering process knowledge within the organization.
Design and implement tools to assess technical knowledge gaps and develops strategies to address them.
Promote the use of knowledge management tools and processes to facilitate sharing of technical knowledge.
Drive the culture of knowledge sharing within site operations and serve as the advocate for knowledge management initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements :
Previous experience working in knowledge management and training; ideally within engineering and / or manufacturing operating plants.
Experience with centralized hubs to store, organize, and access technical knowledge.
Technical knowledge to manage any type of documented asset, such as training videos, training presentations, guidelines, best operational practices, manuals, etc.
Have excellent organizational and communication skills.
Excels in navigating ambiguity within a matrix environment, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and emotional intelligence.
Lead change; collaborate across boundaries; scale and invest in new and creative ideas.
Co-create meaning and purpose; engage and energize the organization; lead through influence.
Ability to travel up to 30%.
