Able to run equipmet (skid steer, bobcat, compactors, etc.). Fimilar with dirt work, grading, drainage, leveling, planting.
Experience with lawn care task such as weedeating, mowing, and blowing. Communicate with lead people progress of tasks. Willing to learn and work hard.
