Are you ready to take on a pivotal role as a SETS - Project Administrator?
Join our dynamic team and immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment, working with the Air National Guard (ANG) enterprise network to provide crucial support in project management, documentation, and coordination for Systems Engineering Technical Support services.
As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring adherence to quality standards and effective communication with stakeholders, supporting the ANG and Air Force (AF) strategies.
If you are a highly organized and dynamic individual, capable of managing multiple projects with finesse, then we want to hear from you! Showcase your talents in coordinating project task development, providing technical support in Integrated Project Teams (IPTs), and developing program management and project officer plans for IT component procurement.
Your ability to deliver Risk Analysis / Technical Reports within specified timelines and provide engineering support services for industry and vendor presentations will be integral to our success.
Put your networking skills to the test as you oversee financial budgeting, track KPIs, resolve administrative issues, and ensure the timely completion of events and projects.
Your ability to interpret and compose complex correspondences and presentations will be crucial in supporting DoD Enterprise infrastructure and projects.
If you have a BA / BS or MA / MS degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in project administration, financial tracking, and coordination, we encourage you to apply.
Effective networking and communication skills, as well as possession of required licenses for operating NIPR and SIPRNet, are essential.
Additionally, certifications such as IAM II or III, ITIL Foundations, or Project Management Professional (PMP) will give you a competitive edge.
Responsibilities :
- Manages complex DoD IT project correspondences and presentations.
- Oversees financial budgeting and tracks KPIs, utilizing networking skills.
- Resolves administrative issues recommends process improvements, and ensures timely completion of events and projects.
Preferred Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in project administration or management, preferably within a government or military environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of Systems Engineering Technical Support services and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and work with cross-functional teams.
