Project Management Analyst
Position Overview
AMR is seeking an experienced Project Management Analyst to join our Project Management department. You will be responsible for supporting the Project Management Team by assisting with the coordination and analysis of large scale, complex, multi-site clinical studies from start-up through close-out activities.
Our rapid growth and the increasing volume and complexity of multi-site studies has created the need for this critical role in the organization.
You will represent AMR while working directly with Sponsors, CROs, and AMR site representatives.

The Project Analyst reports to the Senior Director of Project Management
Classification : Non-Exempt
Primary Responsibilities :
Project Management
- Provide assistance for project management activities required for complex and / or multi-site trials across the AMR Network.
- Contribute to project planning, preparing, and execution of studies at the site level.
- Liaise directly with internal and external team members throughout the study from start-up to completion.
- Organize and collaborate with Project Manager to prepare materials, status reports, and data for internal / external meetings with applicable stakeholders.
- Routinely monitor project activities and key performance metrics deliverables and escalate issues to Project Manager.
- Analyze project / program progress to produce insights into performance.
- Provide deliverables internally and ensure follow-up per study expectations.
- Prepare correspondence, including meeting minutes, for project teams.
Sponsor Relationships
- Ensure project deliverables are met per sponsor’s expectations.
- Attend internal / external meetings to assist with follow-up of action items.
- Liaison with external stakeholders by providing operational support.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Development and Reporting
- Track key operating metrics across all projects assigned to Project Management.
- Provides timely and accurate KPI reporting to the Project Manager.
- Use KPI analysis to improve identify opportunities to improve operating results.

- Able to demonstrate your knowledge of clinical research and all activities involved from start-up through closeout.
- You are proactive and able to follow through on tasks.
- You are organized and proficient at multi-tasking with exceptional attention to detail.
- You are well versed in using the MS Office Suite Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc. You understand technology and are a proficient and self-sufficient user.
- You have a track record of delivering outstanding results, and a high-quality work product.
- You are able to solve problems equally well solo or as part of a team and are comfortable with either approach.
- Able to prioritize and handle conflicting priorities.
- Collaboration and ability to establish and maintain effective working internal / external relationships.
- Demonstrated proficiency in presenting information and responding to questions from Sponsor / CRO project teams, external vendors and site team members.
- You read, write and speak fluent English. Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
Experience
- Requires 2-3 years of CRO and / or Sponsor project management or clinical research experience.
- Knowledge of clinical trials including the conduct and application of clinical research regulatory requirements i.e., International Conference on Harmonizaton (ICH), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), relevant local laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Prior experience and demonstrated success in working with Principal Investigators (PIs), research coordinator teams, CROs, vendors, and sponsors required.
Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field of study (Business, Healthcare Management, etc.) is strongly preferred
