Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
- Estimated annual base pay : $160,000(minimum) - $200,000(midpoint) - $240,000(maximum) Long-term incentive compensation in the form of equity

The Director, Environmental, Social & Governance position reports to the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, and oversees the development, implementation, and management of the Company's ESG strategy and overall program, including emissions identification and disclosures, ESG reports, social and corporate responsibility, and general ESG compliance.
Responsible for the management of ESG initiatives and coordinates closely with executive leadership and all business functions to ensure that ESG initiatives are integrated into business strategies, enterprise risk management, and decision-making processes.
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversees and accountable for the effective development, implementation, and administration of the Company's ESG program, including related strategies, programs, and initiatives
- Promotes, and drives collaboration on, ESG efforts across businesses and functional groups to ensure the successful implementation and rollout of ESG strategies, and actively promotes the identification and management of ESG risks and opportunities
- In close collaboration with Legal & Compliance and Business Communications, leads and oversees the drafting of voluntary ESG reports and disclosures, legally required ESG disclosures, and other ESG communications
- Leads the identification, analysis, and determination of ESG frameworks, targets, metrics, and measurements on which the Company will report
- Leads the identification and establishment of key ESG priorities, disclosures, and workstreams, as well as the establishment of relevant data collection and verification methods, standard work, and internal controls.
Requires close collaboration with all functional groups within the Company
- Collaborates with key members of Legal & Compliance and other stakeholders to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with ESG standards, regulations, and disclosure requirements, including applicable United States and European Union rules and directives
- Responsible for analyzing regulatory trends and leading efforts to ensure the Company is positioned to comply with future regulations
- In partnership with Environmental Health & Safety and Finance, establishes process and controls associated with the gathering, verification, and auditing of Company's emissions and natural resource consumption data
- Leads the identification of pathways to reduce Company's environmental impact, including reducing emissions and natural resource consumption.
Recommends to other executive leadership the establishment of commitments and / or goals for environmental improvement efforts, including but not limited to emissions reduction targets.
Leads efforts to ensure the Company meets such commitments and / or goals
Standardize and oversee the process and guidelines for responding to customer and other stakeholder requests for the Company's ESG commitments and information
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years Leadership experience in a corporate environment
- 3+ years experience in ESG, sustainability, and / or corporate social responsibility
- Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) required
- Master's degree (MA / MS) preferred
