Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, etc.), with relevant certifications or advanced degrees preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of product management tools, methodologies, and software development processes.
- Customer-focused mindset and a deep understanding of user experience design principles.
- Ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions based on business value and customer needs.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.
