Siegfried Rivera, PA is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team in its Coral Gables office. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR functions, including talent management, benefits administration, maintaining accurate employee records, employee events and payroll.

Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong interpersonal skills will be essential to your success in this role.

Some Responsibilities include :

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
  • Recommend strategies to motivate employees
  • Assist with talent management from sourcing to onboarding
  • Conduct background, reference and conflict checks
  • Coordinating new hire orientations, training and development
  • Support administrative tasks within the HR department
  • Assist with redistribution of workload and staff coverage due to PTO
  • Assist with payroll timecards and processing
  • Assist with benefit administration
  • Assist with executing employee engagement / appreciation initiatives
  • Assist with maintaining employee files and HR records up to date
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HR functions such as benefits administration, talent acquisition, and compliance preferably in a law firm
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practices
  • Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills is required
  • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft 365 is required
  • Experience with Sharepoint, Perfect Law DMS, LinkedIn Recruiting, Canva and Survey Monkey is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently as needed
