Woody Buick GMC of Gurnee is Chicaogland’s fastest growing GM Dealership. We are a family-owned dealership focused on customer satisfaction and community.
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives capable of smiling through the phone, and eager to provide exceptional service.
Compensation : $13.00 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Respond quickly to customers through phone, email and text.
- Set appointments for sales and service.
- Provide basic product information.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Seek opportunities to provide an exceptional experience for everyone.
- Maximize individual productivity, quality and customer service.
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor and eager to learn
- Goal oriented
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and organization
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
- Capable of typing 40+ words per minute
- Basic computer skills
