Our well-established client is currently seeking a Director of Business Development to join their team, Full time FLEXIBLE opportunity in the Latham area.
Responsibilities of the Director of Business Development will include : -Identify new business opportunities by fostering relationships with existing private equity / debt entities and emerging investment advisors.
- Cultivate and sustain a network within influential circles of the private fund sector, such as audit, tax, and legal advisory firms, consultants, limited partners, investment bankers, and other advisors.
- Participate in industry gatherings and conferences, traveling nationally to engage with potential clients and industry influencers.
- Stay abreast of industry, legal, and fiscal developments to predict market shifts and leverage these insights for business growth.
- Willing to Travel.-Other duties as assigned.Qualifications of the Director of Business Development : -Bachelors Degree in business or related field.
- At least 8 years proven track record in business development sales.-Excellent communication skills.-Highly organized and self-motivated individual.
