Seeking an Accounting Receptionist in Greater Fort Wayne! We need and are actively interviewing experienced administrative professionals to support the immediate organizational needs of a thriving accounting firm.
The Accounting Receptionist will be the face of the organization, greeting guests and supporting the team and clients with various tasks and document collection needed.
Accounting Receptionist Daily Essential Functions
- Receive and route calls for multiple lines
- Greet guests / clients and guide through appointment requirements
- Support scheduling and administrative needs of accounting team
- Coordinate and set-up meetings as needed
Best Fit
- 6+ months experience within an office environment
- Experience with collections customer support (Highly preferred)
- Ability to multi-task and commit high attention to detail
- Friendly and professional, as well as task-oriented
Compensation
