Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP and business process expert to join our team. As an SAP and business process expert, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing analysis solutions to improve audit data preparation.

You will also support auditors with process and data analytics for audit preparation and execution. Primary responsibilities include :

• Understand and analyze business processes and requirements to design new data analysis solutions for the audit function and implement them.
• Preparation of dashboards or visualizations using Power BI and Power Pivot.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., audit management, topic owners, auditors) to gather requirements and provide expert advice on audit scoping backed by data.
• Collaborate with process experts, developers, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of analytics into regular audit support.
• Develop and maintain documentation for analytics solutions and business processes understanding.
• Provide training and support to end users (e.g., auditors, operators) on business processes and analytics development.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as FI / CO, SD, MM, and PP is essential. Experience in SAP, having worked as a process delegate or as a process expert, is required.

Experience in SAP R / 3 or S / 4HANA and cloud-based solutions is a plus, including table-level understanding and extraction, analysis.

Candidates should have :

• A strong understanding of Power BI dashboard creation, including data visualization, DAX language, and the ability to derive actionable insights from the data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with audit management, auditors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• The ability to provide training and support to end users on derived analytics and processes.
• Independent and solution-oriented working style, along with a cooperative attitude, empathy, and the ability to work successfully in diverse teams.
• Fluency in English; further languages are a plus.

Additional Information

Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field is required, along with 2-3 years of experience working in SAP.
