BL Companies is seeking a Staff Engineer who will be responsible for creating detailed drawings using electronic drafting software for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing / Fire Protection systems) engineering projects.
The role involved handling minor to basic levels of design across various systems, including :
Mechanical :
- Flow diagrams
- Heat Load Calculations
- Static Pressure Calculations
- Equipment sizinf
- Ductwork Sizing
Responsibilities include :
- Performs work involving the application of all conventional aspects of electrical / mechanical / plumbing engineering to the functional area of assignment.
- Develop detailed engineering designs for MEP systems with project specifications, codes, and standards
- Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations
- Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers and other key members to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within overall project designers
- Stay informed of best practices to ensure MEP systems comply with relevant standards
Required Experience :
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
