Technical Warranty and Support

Immediate opening for a Technical Warranty and Support in Lowell, Ark who possesses :
- 1 year of technical experience preferred, but not required.
- Multimeter experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience with DC voltage preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service skills (verbal and written) and ability to be on the phone with customers most of the day.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment, remain cool and collected, apply critical thinking principles, and remain flexible.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask on the phone and email while looking up system information.
- Expected to act promptly to report any rule violations, threats to workplace safety and security to your manager. Maintain confidentiality of all conversations, events, etc. that occur.
- To do your work in an enthusiastic and effective manner.
- Maintain a good working relationship with your co-workers and act as a positive role model. Exhibit patience with employees when assisting to solve their concerns, requests or questions.
- Ensure we provide a safe work environment.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Travel as needed.
- Passport or the ability to obtain one.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
- Primary point of contact for customers with technical questions about our products or those needing warranty support.
- Assist customers via phone or email.
- Issue RMAs (Return Material Authorization) to Customers.
- Documenting tech calls using company software.
- Determining warranty eligibility based upon terms of warranty policy.
- Testing and / or repairs to RMA returns.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
