Job Title : Business Development Manager Leadership Track Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving growth and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities : Strategic Planning : Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue growth in line with company objectives.

Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business opportunities and ensure long-term success.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to create aligned strategies and leverage resources effectively.

Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make informed decisions to enhance business strategies.

Coaching and Development : Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration, and preparing them for leadership roles within the organization.

Qualifications : Experience in business development or sales, preferably in industry . Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to identify growth opportunities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.
