Job Skills Required :
- Manages daytodayoperations.
- Oversees scheduling needs andensuring time is clocked accurately using an application to managethis.
- Utilize skills and knowledge fromprevious cleaning and detailingexperience.
- Perform cleaning tasks efficientlyand effectively.
- Maintain highproductivity.
- Assist in training and guidingcleaning staff.
- Maintain cleanliness andorganization of assigned areas.
- Ensurecompliance with safety protocols andprocedures.
- Communicate effectively with teammembers and operational managers.
- Handle andoperate cleaning equipment andsupplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and reportany shortages.
- Adapt to changing priorities andtasks as needed.
JobRequirements :
- High School Diploma orGED
- Three years of experience in janitorialcleaning in a community work setting
- Must passextensive background check
- Have reasonabledriving record and reliable transportation
- Mustprovide three strong references to support successfulexperience
- DEPENDABLE honest hardworking andpunctual
- Regular and predictable attendance isan essential requirement of this position.
- Mustbe able to work in a fastpaced environment caring for customers andhaving pride for a job well done.

Pay : $16.00$18.00 per hour
